Photography served provides a blog style, constantly updated collection of work by various photographers. The home page has various thumbnails which if clicked on take you through to the rest of the images in that the photographer has submitted as part of that set.
With most of these sets there will be a paragraph of text and/or a link to the photographers other work.
I personally find this website very inspirational due to the wide variety of styles of images on here. Also worth a note are Fashion served, Industrial Design served and Motion Graphics served. These are all linked from the Photography Served website.
