Noah Abrams is an L.A. based photographer who specializes in portraits that are music and party based. He also takes a lot of photos of skateboarding and the culture that goes with it.
He is one of the in house photographers at the "Berrics" a private skatepark owned by two of the most well known professional skaters.
His website is a standard flash based affair with different categories such as music, portraits, travel ect. The images scroll from right to left.
His work is pretty inspirational to me as seems to be able to catch the feelings and emotions that were going on that split second the shutter was released.
